Sea Events and Boss Drops Cheatsheet
Updated 6 November 2026
A short map of sea events, why Awakened Magma is the usual pick, and which boss-style farms are worth your time.
Sea events are the ocean fights that pop up while you sail, especially in the Second Sea and Third Sea. They are one of the best reasons to visit this desk on a grinding day: the right fruit makes them fast, and the wrong fruit makes them painful.
What counts as a sea event
- Sea beasts and bigger ocean hunts that appear while you sail.
- Ship raids and other moving ocean fights.
- Leviathan-style Third Sea content, which rewards players who can deal damage on water without constantly falling in.
What to bring
- Awakened Magma is the usual specialist. It is built for water fights and long PvE bursts.
- Flame is the budget awakening if Magma is still out of reach.
- A mobile race or fruit (Portal, Mink, or a flight tool) helps you reach the event before it despawns.
- Shark V4 is the common tank pick if the event keeps knocking you under the waves.
Boss-drop reminders
- Raids are the reliable Fragment farm for awakenings. Run the fruit raid you actually want to awaken.
- Island bosses and mini-bosses are better thought of as materials and accessory farms than as a way to buy a mythical fruit.
- Sea beasts can drop fruits, but luck is still luck. Treat extra fruits as a bonus, not a plan.
- Halloween 2026 added Trick or Treating and the Hellfire mutation. Event shops rotate, so grab what you came for before the event ends.
